Ingredients
- 1 pound 90/10 ground beef
 - ¾ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 2 teaspoons coconut aminos

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
Step 2: While the air fryer heats up, add the ground beef to a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and coconut aminos.
Step 4: Gently mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Don’t overmix or the burgers will be tough.
Step 5: Form the seasoned meat into 4 equal burger patties and set them aside.
Step 6: Remove the air fryer basket and place a parchment liner inside.
Step 7: Add the four burger patties to each corner of the air fryer basket to hold down the liner.
Step 8: Put the basket back in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 9 minutes.
Step 9: Flip the burgers halfway through cooking, around the 4-5 minute mark.
Step 10: Check that the burgers reach 145°F for medium doneness, or cook longer if you prefer them more done.
Step 11: Remove the burgers and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Don’t press down on the burgers while they cook or you’ll lose all the juices
 - Make a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent puffing up
 - Let the meat come to room temperature before cooking for even results
 - Use 80/20 ground beef if you want extra juicy burgers
 - Season the meat just before cooking to keep it tender
 - Always use a meat thermometer to check doneness
