			- 4 medium potatoes
 - 2 tbsp bread crumbs
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 1/3 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/3 tsp paprika
 - 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes using the large holes of a box grater.
 - Place the grated potatoes in a bowl filled with cold water. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
 - Drain and squeeze the grated potatoes to remove as much water as possible.
 - Spread the potatoes on paper towels and pat them dry to eliminate remaining moisture.
 - Transfer the dried potatoes to a clean bowl.
 - Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
 - Sprinkle in the breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
 - Mix well until all the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings and oil.
 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
 - Scoop the potato mixture into a round cookie cutter placed on the tray.
 - Press down to form compact patties, then remove the mold. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
 - Place the formed patties in the freezer for 20 minutes to help them hold their shape.
 - Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
 - Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and brush with a little olive oil.
 - Place the frozen patties in a single layer in the basket. Avoid overcrowding.
 - Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
 - Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes
- Remove as much moisture as possible. Soak grated potatoes in cold water for at least 10 minutes, then squeeze them dry using a clean kitchen towel. This step is crucial for crispiness.
 - Use the right potatoes. Russet potatoes are best due to their high starch content. Avoid waxy varieties like red or fingerling potatoes—they won’t crisp up as well.
 - Don’t skip the freezing step. Freezing the formed patties for 20 minutes helps them hold their shape and improves their texture during air frying.
 - Line your air fryer properly. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking, but ensure it doesn’t block airflow. A light spray of oil also helps achieve a golden, crispy crust.
