Ingredients
Scale
- 2 (8 inch) tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 6–8 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix the seasoning by combining the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Prepare the tortillas by brushing or spraying them with olive oil, then sprinkle with half of the pizza seasoning mixture (save the rest for topping).
- Add toppings by spreading pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla, then add pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top.
- Cook the pizza by spraying the air fryer basket with cooking spray, carefully placing one tortilla pizza inside, and cooking for 4-5 minutes until edges are golden and cheese melts completely.
- Let it rest by removing the air fryer basket and letting the pizza sit for 2-3 minutes to get extra crispy.
- Remove and repeat by carefully taking out the first pizza with a spatula, then cooking the second pizza.
- Serve by cutting into triangles and enjoying immediately.
Notes
- Avoid overloading with toppings to prevent sogginess
- Use a light brush of olive oil on tortilla edges for extra crispiness
- Pre-cook raw meats before adding them as toppings
- Monitor cooking time closely to prevent burning
- Let the pizza rest in the basket after cooking for maximum crispiness
