Blondie Base Ingredients:
- Flour: 1 cup
 - Baking powder: 1 tsp
 - Salt: ¼ tsp
 - Butter (melted): ½ cup
 - Brown sugar: 1 cup
 - Eggs: 2 large
 - Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
 
Cinnamon Swirl Ingredients:
- Cinnamon: 1 tbsp
 - Brown sugar: ¼ cup
 - Butter (melted): 2 tbsp
 
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
- Cream cheese (softened): 4 oz
 - Powdered sugar: 1 cup
 - Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
 
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan to prepare it for the blondies. - Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. - Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. - Create Batter:
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined, ensuring not to overmix for a fudgy texture. - Layer Batter and Add Swirl:
- Pour half of the blondie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
 - In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter for the swirl.
 - Dollop the cinnamon mixture over the batter in the pan and use a knife or skewer to swirl it gently.
 
 - Add Remaining Batter:
Pour the remaining blondie batter over the cinnamon swirl layer and spread it evenly. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Prepare Frosting:
While the blondies cool, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and creamy. - Cool, Frost, & Serve:
Allow the blondies to cool completely before spreading the frosting on top. Slice into squares and serve.
