			- 2 large sweet potatoes cut into 8 wedges each
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 - Avocado mashed, for serving
 
Instructions
- Put the sweet potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix everything together well.
 - Heat your grill or grill pan to medium heat. Make sure to oil the grates or pan first.
 - Put the sweet potatoes on the . Cook for 15 minutes until they look a bit charred and feel tender. Turn them over halfway through cooking.
 - Take them off the grill and serve with mashed avocado if you want.
 
Notes
- Cut your sweet potatoes into even wedges so they cook at the same rate
 - Don’t skip the oil – it helps them get crispy
 - Keep the heat at medium to avoid burning the outside before the inside cooks
 - Turn them only once to get nice grill marks
 - Test with a fork to make sure they’re tender inside
