- 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt (not regular yogurt)
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
Instructions
- Add all fudgesicle ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well-combined. Make sure there are no clumps of yogurt or cocoa powder left.
- Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into freezer-safe popsicle molds.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until completely solid.
- If necessary, run molds under hot water for a few seconds to easily remove the fudgesicles.

- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
- The salt is optional but enhances the chocolate flavor.
