Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip the swordfish nuggets in the beaten eggs, then coat them evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
  4. Place the breaded nuggets on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray or drizzle with cooking spray or olive oil.
