Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip the swordfish nuggets in the beaten eggs, then coat them evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
- Place the breaded nuggets on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray or drizzle with cooking spray or olive oil.
