Ingredients

  • Fresh Pineapple Chunks: 2 cups, peeled and cored
  • Ripe Peaches: 2 large, peeled and sliced
  • Guava Nectar: 1 ½ cups (store-bought or freshly prepared)
  • Pineapple Juice: 2 cups, chilled
  • Peach Nectar: 1 cup, chilled
  • Lime Juice: 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
  • Simple Syrup or Honey: 2-3 tablespoons (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling Water or Club Soda: 1 cup (optional, for fizz)
  • Ice Cubes: For serving
  • Garnishes: Pineapple slices, peach wedges, fresh mint sprigs, or edible flowers

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruits:
    • Peel and core the pineapple, then cut into chunks.
    • Peel the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them thinly.
    • If using fresh guava, mash the pulp gently to extract the juice, or use guava nectar.
  • Blend the Base:
    • In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, peach slices, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Mix the Punch:
    • In a large pitcher, combine the blended fruit mixture, guava nectar, pineapple juice, and peach nectar. Stir well to mix.
    • Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup or honey if desired.
  • Add Fizz (Optional):
    • For a sparkling version, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda just before serving.
  • Serve:
    • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over them.
    • Garnish each glass with a pineapple slice, peach wedge, or a sprig of fresh mint for a festive touch.

Notes

  • Customization: Add mango or passion fruit for extra tropical flair, or experiment with fresh herbs like mint or basil for a refreshing twist.
  • Make-Ahead: Prepare the punch base up to 2 days in advance. Store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Stir well before serving.
  • Alcoholic Option: Turn this into a cocktail by adding 1-2 ounces of rum, vodka, or gin per serving.
  • Health Benefits: This punch is rich in vitamin C from pineapple and guava, antioxidants, and dietary fiber, making it a nutritious and delicious drink.
