  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Swirl:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the crust:

  • Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and butter
  • Press into springform pan
  • Chill while preparing filling

2. Make strawberry sauce:

  • Blend strawberries with sugar and lemon juice
  • Strain and set aside

3. Create the filling:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Mix in sugar gradually
  • Add eggs one at a time
  • Fold in sour cream and vanilla

4. Assembly and baking:

  • Pour filling over crust
  • Drop strawberry sauce by spoonfuls
  • Create swirls with a knife
  • Bake at 325°F for 60-70 minutes
