- 3 large eggs, room temperature

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Swirl:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the crust:
- Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and butter
- Press into springform pan
- Chill while preparing filling
2. Make strawberry sauce:
- Blend strawberries with sugar and lemon juice
- Strain and set aside
3. Create the filling:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Mix in sugar gradually
- Add eggs one at a time
- Fold in sour cream and vanilla
4. Assembly and baking:
- Pour filling over crust
- Drop strawberry sauce by spoonfuls
- Create swirls with a knife
- Bake at 325°F for 60-70 minutes
